Today’s inaugural Social Media Breakfast in New York (SMBNYC) brought together 30 social media professionals for easily the best diner breakfast New York has to offer.
The assembled group mingled over eggs, granola and "McDaddy’s" while Eric Krangel, who goes by the avatar Eric Reuters in Second Life, talked about his experiences as a virtual world reporter.
Overall, it was a chance to meet many new people in my social media community, and also to meet friends face-to-face I had only known from Twitter. The best part is, I have a lot of new blogs to start following!
