SMBNYC3 Theme: Social Media in 2009 | Engagement, Brand Equity & Measurement.
This event will feature a series of fifteen-minute presentations with Q & A, breakfast and networking.
Engagement is the cornerstone to building brand equity for your company and to reach your audience. Brand equity is defined as the “degree to which a brand is believed to be able to meet or exceed customer expectations for the category” (Dr. Robert Passicoff, Brand Keys, NY). A successful engagement results in increased brand equity.
Companies are beginning to understand the importance of engaging their customers directly. Knowledge sharing, two-way conversations, and the creation of valuable digital content have helped companies propel their brand as an engaged and trusted source. Engagement strategy can also improve SEO rankings and inbound marketing efforts leading to increased opportunities. How are you engaging? Are engagement and brand equity measurable? The following presenters will discuss their learnings from 2008, and where they are headed in 2009.
Speakers
1) Jessica Valenzuela, Founder and CEO, Mavin Digital
2) Roger Wu, Co-Founder and President, Klickable.tv
3) Grace Piper, Producer & Host, Fearlesscooking.tv
