SMB Bellingham March 'Breakfast' – with Mobiltopia Founder James Burnes

Our next Bellingham Social Media “Breakfast” will be held in the evening of March 24th from 6-8pm. Our get-together will be hosted by Glow Nightclub, sponsored by Sibley Public Relations, and presented by the Bellingham Social Media group. If you’re within a drivable radius, please come join us – we’re sort of the ‘pre-party’ to precede the Social Media Conference NW on the following day (which you should also attend!)

Our guest speaker this month will be James Burnes, CEO/Founder of Mobiltopia and Project Brilliant. James will discuss the role of social media in your career – not as a career path. He will explore how social media is an integral skill set in the work force of tomorrow and how you can use your social media skills to advance yourself. Be prepared for some great discussion and insightful information, as James has a ton of experience in this area! He will be presenting the following day at the Social Media Conference NW.

Meeting timeline:

  • 6:00pm – 6:45pm: arrival, network, get something to eat & drink, grab a seat
  • 6:45pm – 6:50pm: introductions – hosts & speakers
  • 6:50pm – 7:35pm: speaker presentation
  • 7:35pm – 7:45pm: Q&A
  • 7:45pm – whenever: wrap-up & more networking – please stick around and check out Glow or head downstairs to Bob’s Burger and Brew for some dinner!
